!The Mirror Reflection Of Life!

Beauty Lies Everywhere

“Blind”

Written By: C. N. Young

What you can’t see could kill someone else.

         B: unable to see.
         L: lying before your eyes.
I: eyes are to see what lies before thee.
N: noticing could make all the difference.
D: daring to see and understand.

What lies before thee one should see.
A dying soul could you see?
A life shattered why can’t you see?
A single word beyond your reach.
A self examination is what you should seek.
What you can’t see shatters and kills a soul.
Blood is spilled and tears have no will.
Blood shed tears could fill a well.
    A pain you can’t see.
What do you mean you can’t see?
It’s so visible can’t you see?
It was always there yet you’re too blind to see.
Broken spirits are for you to see but you leave it for someone else to see.

Blind to the things before thee.
Blind because of your own pain makes you blind to someone
    else’s.
Finding fault in everyone else makes you blind to yours.
I can understand why can’t you?
Because blind is what you are.
    Eyes are to see.
Either use ‘em or lose ‘em.
Why can’t you see we have our own lives to live?
Why can’t you see we’re in charge of our own destinies?
You’ve lived your lives why can’t we?
I’ve made my point but you’ll never see.
Because you’re too blind to see.

Too blind to a pain that’s so far in your reach.
Yet you see the things that have no importance.
We all go our separate ways can’t you see?
A broken home so visible many can see.
The question is why can’t you see?
A single word because you’re too blind to see.

Angry children so frustrated can’t you see?
Frustrated for what is what you don’t see.
To many visible points you don’t see.
Want us to spell it out is that what you want?
Want us to tell you what you don’t see?

The love we need, the love we’ll never feel.
Because you’re too blind to feel.
    But we’ll soon heal.
Because we’d learn to deal.
