Because somehow the reason still hides.

I tell my side but you only see the downside.
So I continue to still hide.
I hurt like the bone chilling cold.
All the pain I always still hold.
I'm not bold enough to shut out the cold.
I'm not bold enough to break this mold.
Because I know how things will unfold.
The rage, the bitterness.
Sometimes I just don't understand.
Many times can't withstand.
Hurtful words constantly descend.
How am I supposed to depend?
Decries and sudden lies.
When many things are tided.
Dark and deadly secrets kept all inside.
Wishes to tell but I have to continue to hide.
Surely not my choice but I simply can't voice.
Fiery tears yet more things appear.
I only wish things were clear.
Sudden anger and rage.
I only wish it was clear.
How I feel inside you'll never know the real reason why.
Because you only see just one side.
Because you only see the things you rather keep hidden.
Because you only see the other side as innocent, an angel.
How subtle, cripple minded and blind.
The other side a victim you see.
Yet what am I?

That's why you'll never understand my side.
